| Adam is founder and principal of Paragon Global
Consulting, a coaching and consulting firm dedicated to helping leaders and leadership
teams develop their capabilities for extraordinary results. As a consultant, Adam has custom designed solutions to
address issues in the areas of team effectiveness, strategic planning, conflict
management, and leadership capacity for financial institutions, law firms, hospitals and
non-profits.
As an ICF certified executive coach, he has
conducted high performance team coaching, process facilitation, management training, and
one-on-one strategic coaching. Clients have reported higher levels of performance in the
areas of professional presence, strategic career management, conflict resolution, and
leadership skills.
As a trainer, he has custom designed and
facilitated programs in leadership, conflict management and presentation skills for a
variety of organizations, including Columbia Business School and the United Nations.
Adam is currently an adjunct faculty member at
NYU teaching conflict management and is one of a select group of faculty at the American
Management Association to teach their three day program, Responding to Conflict. He has
also guest lectured on the subjects of leadership, conflict management and career
development at Columbia University, NYU and the New School for Social Research.
Adam's educational background includes a master's
degree in organizational psychology and change management from Columbia University and a
bachelor's degree in business management from Tulane University. He holds a Certificate in
Conflict Resolution from Columbia University, a Certificate of Mediation from the
Institute for Mediation and Conflict Resolution, and a Professional Coaching Certification
from the International Coaching Federation.
His other interests include music composition and
performance. In his early 20's, he toured Europe performing in clubs, concerts, and music
festivals, including the International Music Festival in Basel, Switzerland and a concert
in Pesaro, Italy.
